Are all MelaBeauty products 100% natural and organic?

All the ingredients used in our products are natural so yes, they are 100% natural! However, not all of our ingredients are organic. We use organic ingredients where we can but sometimes this not possible, for instance, the clay used in out Dream Powder (Clay is derived from minerals and so cannot be certified organic)



Will MelaBeauty products work for my skin?

Our products are designed to cater for a wide variety of skin types. We've highlighted what each product is made specifically for in the 'Skin benefits' section on each product page for extra help.



When will I recieve my order?

Once your order is placed there is a 1-2 business day processing time then your item is shipped out. You should recieve your skin treat within 3-5 business days after you recieve your shipping confirmation email.



Can men use MelaBeauty products?

Of course! Skin is skin and our products work for both men and women.



I'm a beginner and I have no idea what I need for my skin type, can you help?

Firstly great! Super glad you're taking your first skincare steps and even better, considering MelaBeauty your first step. You can find a lot of information on our Product pages and also check out our Ingredients page. It details which ingredients work well for different skin types.



What should I do if I have a reaction to MelaBeauty products?

Stop using the product immediately and get in touch with us here. Remember, you should always do a patch test before using any skincare products.



I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

I don't recognise an ingredient on your product list - Is it really natural?

Yes, we assure you - we only use natural ingredients. You may see long latin names for ingredients but these are just scientific names. Check out this handy collection for a breakdown of all our ingredients here.
